Help Build Mallie’s Fence - A Funny Tail
If you’re a fan of this site, you’ve no doubt realized that my “little one” Mallie can be quite a handful. Well I finally decided that Mallie needed her own site, and using a bit of creativity, her own Sales Page..
You see Mallie needs a Fence for her yard.. So I’m hoping that her new site MalliesFence.com will help pay for it..
If you’re looking for some more pictures of my two chocolate labs Mallie and Capone and a good laugh I hope you’ll visit her site.

By the way, as a plug for Capone… He is now #1 in Google Image Search for “Most Beautiful Chocolate Lab”
Til next time…

HELP!
our two year old Ch Lab has become aggressive toward strangers. Once a child is introduced into the house he is great and loving. When the adults are around we make sure that is how things happen…when we are not our children allow friend to come in and Dexter gets crazy. He has bitten two children this week that have entered into our house, they were new to the house so Dexter was a bit on edge…understandable. We live in a place where there is great opportunities for him to lash out if we are not around. Rather than have anyone else bitten it would break our hearts if we had to get rid of him but we would rather do that than hurt another person…help.
Sorry to hear about your dog. I had a similar situation with my black Lab Coco, but was mostly after she started to get old. When we went to the vet. to get advice on the situation he told us that the reason that Coco was acting that way was because she was in a lot of pain from her arthritis and being the fact that the kids where too active around her that bothered her.
In your case your dog is still too young, so it is probably a different situation, but it appears to be that the children’s behavior is triggering something in him.
You might want to call your vet and see if he has any advice on why he could be behaving that way.
Have you consider getting a trainer, even if it is for some basic training or advice.
Hope that helps, and good luck with Dexter.
